We are a non-profit organization, the CPE-Centre Partnership for Equality, and the MamaPan Bakery is our first social economy project. MamaPan arose from the desire to sustain single mothers or mothers who have over two dependent children, giving them jobs. We started in this project, firstly, from the need to provide support for single mothers in the community. Then we wanted to create a natural, live product, like in the old days and develop a sustainable business. We have built, with the help of women in situations of economic and social difficulty, a healthy product, which we can provide responsibly to the community.
