The Capsa restaurant is from the year 1886 "official" meeting of personalities from politics, newsrooms, art and culture. Grigore Capsa was the one who replaced the Oriental style in Bucharest with the western one, the one that made the passage from Baklava and Sarailie to bakery, chocolate, ganache and "Bonbon".
